Join us for a unique and experiential learning journey through the IFS Demo Group, created to support your growth as an Internal Family Systems practitioner or dedicated learner.
Each month, you’ll witness a live, real-time demo facilitated by Mel, engage in group reflection, and gain practical insights you can carry into your personal or professional IFS practice.
Whether you’re receiving the demo or observing from the group, every session offers meaningful learning, deeper understanding of parts work in action, and a supportive space to grow — all within an accessible and affordable format.
What’s Included
1. What happens in the monthly 2-hour sessions?
Each month begins with a brief check-in, followed by a 60–80 minute live IFS demo with one participant. The rest of the group gets the chance to hold space, observe, and learn in real time.
2. Is there time for questions and reflection?
Yes. After the demo, the group spends 30–40 minutes in Q&A and reflection, offering consult-style questions, clarifications, and shared insights.
3. Are the sessions recorded?
All sessions are recorded and provided to participants so you can revisit each demo whenever you like.
4. How much does it cost?
The program is $75 CAD per person per session, making it an accessible way to deepen your understanding of IFS through live demonstrations.
5. Can I choose when my demo happens?
Yes. The group offers flexible scheduling, allowing each participant to select the month that works best for their demo slot.
6. What is the group environment like?
The group container creates an incredibly safe and supportive environment. There is something really special that happens when you get to experience being held and holding space for other peoples process. Deep Self Energy is co created shared. Come be in Self Energy with us!!!
7. Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. A Certificate of Completion is awarded once you finish the full IFS Demo experience.
