At this time, all sessions and consultations through Healing with Mel Galbraith are held virtually via Zoom. This allows you to connect from anywhere in the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Fees vary depending on the type of session or service. For full and current pricing details, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to provide the information you need.

We offer two convenient payment options:
E-transfer
Credit card payment through the Jane App

Many insurance providers cover services offered by a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
Mel encourages you to check directly with your:Insurance company
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Post-secondary student benefits
Mel does not bill insurance companies directly, but you will receive an official receipt that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the time can be offered to another client.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
No-shows are billed at 100% of the session fee.
We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If something arises, please email us or use the contact form, and we can discuss whether the fee may be waived.

All sessions are held on Zoom. A secure meeting link will be sent to you prior to your appointment.

Yes. All scheduling is done through the Jane App, where you can:
Book new sessions
Update information
Pay by credit card
Access receipts
