IFS Therapy and Consultation
At “Healing with Mel Galbraith”, our services are designed to support you in exploring your inner world, understanding your emotions, and fostering meaningful change. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, we help you identify and connect with the different “parts” of yourself—those inner voices and aspects that may hold fear, pain, or protective patterns.

Sessions guide you to develop compassion for all parts of yourself, reduce internal conflict, and strengthen your sense of wholeness.
Collaborative Approach
Your therapist works with you collaboratively, helping you set goals, navigate challenges, and cultivate skills for emotional resilience and self-understanding.
Sessions are held via Zoom, giving you the flexibility to connect from wherever you feel most comfortable.
You will need to download the Zoom app here for computer download or on any Apple/Android device. Once installed, the Jane app will send you a secure link to join the session.
Before Your First Session: Please review, complete, and sign the Intake Information and General Information forms sent through Jane app. This ensures we can make the most of our time together and begin your therapy smoothly.
Payments are made securely via e-transfer or credit card before each session.
